Based on interviews I did with my grandmother before she passed away, the story follows a young woman as she goes through an arranged marriage she never wanted. The story focuses on how it feels to live without choice told through color, layout, and repeated images to reflect her inner world and the things she could not say out loud. First published in Turkey and later translated into English by Europe Comics. In 2020, it was nominated for an Eisner Award for Best Digital Comic.
